Movement is an important part of any healthy lifestyle, whether that’s walking the dog, running, gardening, attending an exercise class, yoga or joining a gym. Find something that you enjoy, and do it! No need to partake in exercise that you don’t enjoy as there are so many choices out there. Be brave and go and try something new, you never know where it may lead.

Body Fusion and Relaxation Yoga

Body Fusion combines the muscle sculpting, core-firming benefits of pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. The flowing yoga sequences help to deliver a true fat burning, low impact workout that leaves your body looking and feeling lean and defined.  No weights or jumps, just strong flowing yoga style flow sequences to build a lean, strong body. Small, friendly class where you are encouraged to work at your own level, modifications given for all moves.

Relaxation yoga is an hour of pure relaxation.  We start with some gentle stretches, fully relaxing through the body and completely calming the mind. We take this time to work with our breath, and to begin our mindful yoga practice. We end the class with a beautiful meditation. Time for you. Time to just Breathe…

I have classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings at Barnham Broom Country Club. All abilities welcome.

Cost: £5.00 per class, free for members of Barnham Broom
